It's been a life saver for me. Im a side sleeper and my hip gets misaligned and often get sciatic pain.

The relax mode on my massage chair helps realign my hip. I use it daily and most times twice a day.

I will warn you though it could help put you to sleep :) I love the variety of modes and intensities especially the zero gravity

feature. Also the customer service surpasses excellent service.
